Artistifi specialises in luxury gifting solutions including— but not limited to— wedding hampers, curated rich platters, Shahi Chitti, and premium items made from brass, copper, aluminium, and other handcrafted materials. We are also in the process of launching additional verticals such as fresh flowers and event decor, which will be fulfilled in partnership with trusted third-party vendors across various cities.
Certain products—especially decor elements and fresh flowers—are sourced from external vendors and local partners in different cities. While we strive to maintain consistency in theme and aesthetic, minor variations may occur due to regional availability, weather conditions, or sourcing limitations. Artistifi does not manufacture or directly control these externally sourced elements and shall not be held liable for exact material or design discrepancies, provided that the overall theme and standard of quality are upheld.
Due to the artisanal nature of our products and seasonal availability of certain materials (like flowers, lace, decorative items), minor substitutions may occur in hampers, decor, or packaging. However, these changes will be done at our discretion to best match the original theme and aesthetic intent. Such variations will not be considered defects or grounds for cancellation.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or message. Artistifi reserves the right to accept or reject an order based on product availability, customization feasibility, or incorrect information provided.
As most of our products are handcrafted, customised, or made-to-order, we do not allow cancellations or modifications once the order has been placed, and payment is completed. Please review your selections carefully before finalizing the order.
All prices displayed on the Portal are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise. Payment must be completed online through our designated payment gateways. Orders will only be processed once payment is successfully received.
Delivery timelines are subject to the nature of the product ordered and your location. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy. Artistifi is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party logistics partners. Only one delivery attempt will be made; after which the customer must contact the delivery agent directly to coordinate further.
