Artistifi currently delivers across selected cities and regions within India. Our offerings—including wedding hampers, luxury gifting items, and upcoming categories like fresh flowers and decor—are serviced via a mix of in-house logistics and verified third-party partners in different locations.

Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

We offer both pre-curated and made-to-order products. As a result, dispatch timelines may vary:

  • Ready-to-Ship Products: Dispatched within 1–2 business days
  • Customized or Handmade Products: Dispatched within 3–7 business days
  • Bulk, Seasonal, or Specialty Orders: May take up to 7–14 business days to dispatch

Note: The delivery timeline starts after the order is dispatched. You will be notified via SMS or email once your product has been shipped.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Metros & Tier 1 cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 cities or remote areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery may be affected on Sundays and public holidays, depending on courier operations in your region.

Delivery Attempt Policy

Please note that only one delivery attempt will be made by our logistics partners. In case the delivery is missed, you are requested to coordinate directly with the delivery agent using the contact details shared in the tracking SMS/email. If re-delivery is required, it may incur additional charges.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location, product category, weight, and order value. Offers like free shipping may be available for certain products or minimum cart values and will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Delays or Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive to deliver within the stipulated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political disruptions, courier service issues, or remote delivery zones. Artistifi is not liable for delays caused by third-party service providers but will assist in coordinating a resolution.

Perishable & Delicate Deliveries

For items such as fresh flowers or decor elements (available soon), which are sourced from local vendors, deliveries will be based on availability and regional logistics. As these products are fragile and time-sensitive, we recommend that someone is present to receive the delivery on the first attempt. No refunds or replacements will be made for perishable items that are delayed due to recipient unavailability.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate. Artistifi will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information. Re-delivery, if possible, will be chargeable.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You may use it to track real-time updates from the courier partner.

Delivery Confirmation

In the case of high-value or sensitive orders, OTP or verbal confirmation may be required at delivery. Kindly ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the expected time window.
