As most of our products are handcrafted, customised, or made-to-order, we do not allow cancellations or modifications once the order has been placed, and payment is completed. Please review your selections carefully before finalizing the order.
Returns
Considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept the exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered. Artistifi luxury is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy.
In the case of Prepaid orders through credit card, Debit card, or Net banking the amount will be transferred back to the account from which it was paid. In case of cash on delivery order, a refund cheque will be deposited in your bank account in favor of the “Billing Name “ used while placing the order or an NEFT transfer will be done.
